Marion Wieboldt: I'm not sure what kind of performing arts you are interested in, but Stephens College is an amazing college that isn't extremely known by name but is recognized as #7 in theatre schools. It's a three year, two summer institution that allows you to work in a professional summer theatre company and have a very intensive training a shorter amount of time. It's an all womens college, although there are about 20 men to act in the male roles so that the women don't have to cross dress.
