Corrinne Ruozzo: well, common sense puppy food is made and personaly modified for pups. like Beneful if u gave a dog a puppy version of Beneful it would probobly still be hungry after a bowel or two of it. if u gave a puppy a dog version it wouldn't have enough protien and fat a puppy needs for enegry.
Nia Monopoli: They are both GARBAGE, don't feed any commercial pet food to your pet. Gordon Showes: puppy food, is self explanatory, it's just like a baby food for humans, not harmful to the sensitive digestive system ! of the babies. It has nutrients that are easily absorbed by the body of a developing puppy, until it will soon condition itself to adult dog food as they grow. While adult dogs can eat puppies food, puppies can also eat adult food, but it it is not advisable if you really love your puppies.
Donnell Mollo: Many nutrients but calcium is the most important for the pup's growing bones. Adult dogs' nutritional needs are different so I wouldn't give them puppy food.
Jonathan Schlussel: puppy food tendsto contain smaller chewyer more nutritious kibble. Dog food is hard and larger in size. I'm not sure of the nutritional differences.
