Dick Ovdenk: That most entry level position that is actually connected to networking would probably be a NOC (Network Operations Center) position. Unfortunately, most NOC positions still require some experience in basic troubleshooting.Desktop Support, Helpdesk, and cable installations are usually more entry level than NOC.
